Concierge Front Desk Attendant
LaSalle Network is hiring Concierge Front Desk Attendants to support luxury apartment communities across Chicago. If you're detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working independently, this is a flexible, on-call opportunity whether you're an early bird, a night owl, or somewhere in between! These roles are ideal for candidates who take pride in creating a welcoming environment while keeping things organized and secure. Concierge Front Desk Attendant Responsibilities: Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth Monitor building access, enforce entry procedures, and log visitor information Receive packages and notify residents promptly Answer phones, assist with resident inquiries, and relay messages Maintain a clean, orderly front desk and lobby area Report maintenance or safety concerns to property management Concierge Front Desk Attendant Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor Ability to work one or more of the following shifts: Morning: 7:30 a.m.
3:30 p.m. Evening: 3:30 p.m.
11:30 p.m. Overnight: 11:30 p.m.
