Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and support as needed Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces for guests and staff Assist with mail distribution, scheduling, and light clerical tasks Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with supplies Front Desk Experience Specialist Requirements:
