Integrated Marketing Lead

The Integrated Marketing Lead will serve as a strategic marketing partner to the global and regional business teams, owning the planning and orchestration of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for an assigned franchise and/or modality. This role will translate business objectives, customer insights, and key priorities into cohesive, customer-first integrated marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and growth. This position will play a critical role coordinating annual marketing plan, guiding campaign strategy, and working cross-functionally to ensure all marketing activities across channels are aligned, consistent, and driving measurable impact. Role can be located anywhere in Europe, India or the US Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, campaign marketing, digital marketing, communications or related roles B2B experience Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing strategy and cross-functional campaign planning in globally distributed teams Proven experience with marketing planning as part of annual operating plans across global, matrixed teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Skilled in prioritization, project management, and stakeholder management Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to advocate for business needs and influence stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in related field Experience within life sciences ideal Pay Range for this position: $81,500 - $147,000 Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
