Your Role: We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join as Senior Strategic Product Manager within the Single Use and Integrated Systems Business Franchise, focusing on our Sterile Sampling and Final Fill portfolio. In this role, you will own and define the strategy that drives the growth of this product portfolio, particularly in relation to the evolving GLP-1 market opportunity. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our approach to this dynamic landscape, ensuring that we effectively address customer needs and manage projects while driving our strategic revenue growth and market share objectives. What you will do: Develop a clear vision and strategic plan, including long-range planning, product portfolio positioning, and evolution of the portfolio for modalities/applications that create value for customers, with a focus on the GLP-1 market. Actively monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback related to GLP-1, translating these insights into winning strategies for new and existing products. Act as the owner to drive the product development roadmap, including business cases, market sizing, financial analysis, and forecasting, and lead successful product launches from concept through commercialization, particularly for GLP-1 market. Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP), including go-to-market execution focused on revenue growth, operating margin, innovation, and life cycle management Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations, and other key business partners to drive business results in a global high matrix setup. Formulate pricing strategies to maximize top and bottom-line goals, taking into account the competitive landscape. Frequently present updates and insights to stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management, focusing on the impact of your strategies in the GLP-1 market. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. 5+ years of experience in a product management and/or strategic marketing role, preferably within the bioprocessing industry. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the bioprocessing industry and single-use manufacturing, ideally in sampling and final fill applications. Familiarity with the GLP-1 market and its dynamics is highly desirable. Advanced degree in a quantitative or scientific field (MBA, Masters, or PhD) is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to analyze business impact and make effective decisions. Excellent analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation formats. Proven experience in digital solutions, particularly integrated systems with software and customer-facing design configurator tools. Self-motivated and energetic, with a strong ability to drive business results and initiatives. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence and agility. Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to influence and navigate within a global matrix organization. Pay Range for this position: $120,600-181,300 Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
