This role is responsible for driving growth across the Midwest U.S. territory, which includes: Illinois Indiana Iowa Michigan Minnesota Nebraska North Dakota Ohio South Dakota Wisconsin The ideal candidate must reside in one of the states listed above. This position focuses on strategic customer engagement, solution selling, and market expansion in the data center industry. Required Experience: Requires travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices. 40/50% Computer skills: Proficient Typing Skills, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Background with EPR systems. Infor is what we are using. Able to learn Salesforce/CRM, Dodge and CAD Viewing programs. Attend regional Trade Shows. Competencies: Priority Setting Decision Quality Creativity Conflict Management Perseverance Presentation Skills Approachability Process Management Understanding Others Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with data centers. Travel: Must be willing to travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end-users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices. Computer Skills: Proficient in typing and using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce/CRM, Dodge, and CAD viewing programs. Trade Shows: Attend regional trade shows as required. Residency: Must live within the designated territory.
