Job Title
Operate baler and related equipment to compress, bind, and package recycled materials (such as cardboard, plastic, and paper) Load materials into baler, ensuring proper sorting and contamination control Monitor machinery for safe and efficient operation; report any malfunctions or safety concerns Perform regular equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance Remove completed bales and transport to designated storage or shipping areas using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping procedures Accurately document bale weights, materials processed, and any equipment issues Follow established procedures for proper material handling and waste disposal Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
