They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. If you are proficient with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) and have a strong background in general ledger management, we encourage you to apply. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
Process invoices, verify financial data for accuracy and ensure timely payment of bills Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts and financial reports Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Accurately enter and update financial data into Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, Great Plains) Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards Provide support for audits, budgeting processes and other accounting projects as needed Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, Great Plains) Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting principles Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Good verbal and written communication skills Don't miss out on this chance to elevate your career.
