Media & Performance Brand Manager

The Media & Performance Brand Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media strategiesacross both digital and offline channelsfor multiple brands and audience segments. This senior-level role is critical to strengthening our marketing performance capabilities, driving measurable results, and maximizing ROI on media investments. This position will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution in offline media planning and buying, while overseeing digital campaign performance in collaboration with agency and internal partners. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion. Responsibilities: Design and implement paid media strategies tailored to different business units (brand, retail, rental, B2B). Manage and allocate media budgets across brands and business units, optimizing spend for maximum efficiency and impact. Develop integrated media mix models informed by performance analytics, audience insights, and segmentation strategies. Directly plan, negotiate, and purchase traditional media (TV, radio, OOH, print, sponsorships). Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure premium placements and added value. Monitor offline media KPIs (reach, frequency, GRPs, impressions) and integrate findings into optimization strategies. Oversee digital media performance across channels: social (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), search, programmatic, online video, and remarketing. Establish and optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rate. Collaborate with creative, BDC, CRM, and web teams to improve funnel performance and ensure consistent customer experiences. Utilize GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and offline tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness. Produce actionable performance reports with clear recommendations for continuous improvement. Present insights to leadership in meetings, reports, business reviews, and campaign retrospectives. Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand standards and align with broader marketing and business goals. Brief in-house creative teams and agencies to develop assets optimized for each channel. Partner with content, CRM, and retail marketing teams to deliver cohesive, full-funnel strategies. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years managing paid media investments across digital and offline channels. Proven track record in traditional media buying, including vendor negotiation and placement optimization. Deep expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and adjust strategies in real-time. Exceptional communication and vendor management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (media buying certifications preferred). Bilingual (Spanish/English); experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
