Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide input to develop solutions for customer processes and configure the myQ Enterprise software accordingly Communicate with the Implementation Manager and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process Manage your assigned tasks effectively and efficiently to ensure the project timeline remains on track Document and execute testing of the solution to show the customer proof the scenarios meet their needs and the solution is working as per the design Analyze myQ Enterprise data to determine if key KPIs are met Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the myQ Enterprise software. Document key features & functions to assist others in learning the software or resolving issues more quickly Review post-implementation audits, identify trends or action items and offer recommendations for improvement Leverage knowledge of CG's hardware and how to connect each to ensure data flows to the myQ Enterprise system properly to support customers and provide solutions Conduct training on the new software or system to users who will be impacted by the implementation Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the new product is being used effectively Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field Experience:

0-2 years in customer facing role and/or working on projects with teams delivering to tight deadlines and delivering quality work Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High sense of urgency Strong sense of Customer Advocacy Proven track record of successful project implementations Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Ability to recognize and articulate trends and insights across the customer base Change agent, able to drive new processes and streamline existing ones Other:

Ability to travel up to 15% - domestically and internationally; valid drivers license Preferred Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Knowledge of business process mapping Experience:

Internship experience in a warehousing or distribution center environment Experience with software implementations Project management experience Experience working in a warehousing or distribution center environment The pay range for this position is $50,700.00 - $95,700.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
