Program Support Specialist
Virginia Family Services (VFS) is seeking a dedicated and dependable Program Support Specialist to provide vital logistical and programmatic support across our behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothlyboth behind the scenes and on the front lines. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day program support to staff and participants across Virginia Family Services programs. Provide professional support and great customer service Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients and staff to orientations, appointments, and program activities. Maintain ongoing communications regarding updates or changes. Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all safety standards. Assist with facility upkeep, including cleanliness, safety, and readiness of common areas and meeting spaces. Perform safety and security checks throughout the day and before end-of-shift to ensure a secure environment. Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions. Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience in human services, facility support, or transportation preferred. Valid Virginia Driver's License with a clean driving record required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
