Senior Executive Assistant
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executive leaders within an Intelligence Community (IC) organization. This position plays a key role in enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth daily operations while handling sensitive information and managing high-level communications across the IC, Department of Defense (DoD), private industry, and academia. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and email management Screen, prioritize, and manage communications aligned with strategic priorities Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of executives Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and briefings Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Conduct research to support executive decision-making Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and communication gaps Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion Effectively communicate mission-related issues to various audiences Serve as the point of contact for all executive communication Must Have's:
Active and maintained Top Secret/SCI Federal clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of experience within the intelligence community Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism Nice to Have's:
