We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This an entry level position and perfect for candidates who maybe attending college online or part time! Responsibilities: Greet visitors warmly and assist with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are handled efficiently and professionally. Provide concierge-style services, offering guidance and support to clients and guests. Handle inbound calls, taking messages or transferring them as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive impression. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Schedule appointments and update calendars as necessary. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements: Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required. Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems or switchboards. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
