Warranty Manager For New Custom Home Construction
Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager for new custom home construction in Cincinnati, OH. This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment. The person in this role will be self-driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner. Some hands-on craftsman responsibilities will be needed - but mainly someone who will coordinate/direct contractors to come back to repair issues with new home construction. About the company: A regional single-family home builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 60 offices across 12 states and have a national volume of $725M and have been privately owned since 1972. What you will do: Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners Project management / scheduling of subcontractors Ensure that all repairs are made to our client's high standards Perform walk-thru with homeowners to inspect all concerns Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained Perform minor repairs Qualifications needed: High School Diploma or GED 7-10+ years of construction experience, residential highly preferred
