Customer Service Guide
Adecco is assisting a top company in the area, recruiting for a Customer Service Guide position in Tempe, AZ. Type: Temporary Location: Tempe, AZ Schedule: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 8 AM-5 PM Pay rate: $22 dlls/hr About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Guide to support a group of vehicle owners throughout their entire journey-from selection to long-term ownership. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and enjoy helping people navigate new technology, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering personalized and high-quality service. Build rapport and tailor support to each customer's unique ownership experience. Track and manage customer tasks to ensure a smooth purchase and delivery process. Collaborate with internal teams including Delivery, Retail, Charging, and Service to enhance the customer journey. Represent the brand with enthusiasm and deep product knowledge. Share customer insights and feedback to help improve service and offerings. Participate in virtual and in-person tours and leverage CRM tools to enhance engagement. Communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand way. Qualifications
5+ years in high-volume customer service (minimum 3 years required). 3+ years in account management or customer relationship roles (minimum 1 year required). Experience in call centers and the Electric Vehicle industry is a plus. Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer journeys. Excellent communication skills in English; French bilingual preferred. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on customer needs. A passion for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
