Full-time, can be Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday with typical hours of 8 am - 5 pm (hours may vary) About the Role

As a

Customer Service Guide , you'll support them through their entire journey, from selecting a vehicle to long-term ownership. You'll be their primary point of contact, building rapport and providing a personalized, seamless experience.

Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned group of customers, guiding them through the entire company ownership journey. Provide exceptional service by building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each customer. Manage a high volume of inquiries and tasks, tracking progress and ensuring a smooth experience from transaction to delivery. Collaborate with other teams, including Vehicle Delivery, Retail, Charging, and Service, to resolve customer issues. Become a expert, sharing your knowledge to bring the brand to life for our community. Identify and share customer trends to help improve the overall experience. Participate in virtual and in-person tours and events as needed. Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) and dashboards to track progress and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English is strongly preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service role (3 years minimum). 3+ years of experience in account management or a dedicated customer relationship management/sales role (1 year minimum). Experience working in a call center environment is a plus. Prior experience in the EV industry is helpful. Proven proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to work nights and weekends based on customer needs. Ability to travel up to 10% for training and event support.

$22.00 per week
