Oracle Cloud HCM Core Functional Analyst

Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire Location: Remote, but must live in one of the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship now and in the future. Apex Systems is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Core Functional Analyst to join our Oracle HCM Configuration team. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Oracle HCM Core module, including Redwood upgrades, Journeys, and transactional workflows. You'll play a key role in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, and deployment. Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core Lead functional testing, client training, and knowledge transfer Collaborate with technical teams to define and test system extensions Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support post-deployment issue resolution Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core Strong hands-on experience with: Oracle Cloud Core configuration and integration Redwood, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel Experience supporting enterprise IT systems Experience with additional HCM Cloud modules (Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits) Strong communication and client-facing skills Proven ability to lead fit-gap analysis, CRPs, and training sessions Workforce modeling knowledge is nice to have Bachelor's degree in related field (must have) Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
