SUD Program Manager

The SUD Program Manager is responsible for providing individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities consistent with company clinical programming and curriculum. This position oversees substance abuse programming staff and assists with daily management of clinical team and client crisis across programming and is responsible for documentation audit, clinical reporting, and staff training for SUD program. Essential Duties: Provide direct supervision to substance use staff and ensure staff meets KPIs set forth. Oversee development and management of SUD Program. SUD Program Development: upkeep and oversight of any processes or additions needing to be made to SUD Program or Curriculum for continued growth, development, and success of the programs under the supervision of Executive Director. Ensure all required paperwork related to incident reporting is completed by staff Oversee and ensure completion of any required reports Conduct auditing for supervised staff Review and second sign documentation for clinical staff Carry a caseload of 7-9 individuals and adhere to KPIs set for Primary Therapists. Provide family outreach collateral contact to client families with at least biweekly contact a week per family. Crisis Management for all programs and overseeing of AMA Risk thread, relapses and refer outs Group Schedule Oversight and coverage for staff PTO/call outs Facilitate 1-2 psycho-educational, process, and experiential groups Collaborate with Assistant Clinical Director to implement clinical programming and provide monthly training to clinical staff. Completion of special projects and tasks related to program development. Objectives and Key Results Indicators Include: All substance use program documentation is reviewed and signed off for the previous week by Monday at 5 pm Staff Supervision Requirements met and upkeep of staff supervision documentation Completion of Quarterly Group Audits for supervisees 80% of supervised staff are meeting their KPIs on their job descriptions Additional Duties: Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department. As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly. Interaction with others is constant and can be interruptive. Work may be stressful at times due to high level workflow. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as is required to comply with the purpose of the job and accommodate client needs. Participates in educational training, orientations, or compliance programs as needed to maintain competency. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time. Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software requirements.
