An architectural/interior drafter who is highly skilled in Revit and SketchUp is needed for a part-time opportunity in Charlotte, NC. Must be available 24 hours/week and report to office at least 3 days a week. Job Description
Read and interpret architectural drawings Selections for design drawings Prepare technical & shop drawings and details for our projects Interpret field takeoffs, measurements, and information obtained, as well as make any modifications as needed Work closely with other members of the design team to analyze and solve design issues Responsibility for maintaining multiple projects at a time and keeping up with revisions as they progress from initiation to completion Be able to follow computer processes and procedures Maintain a draw & build a standard option library Required
Proficient
software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Sketchup. Ability to draw full construction documents Knowledge of industry terminology and standard construction methods/material. Have 3D visional interpretation of construction situations Ability to work well with others and follow directions Dedicated and trustworthy person with extra attention to detail Preferred
Residential custom building industry. ($1Mil+ Homes) Good knowledge and understanding of the North Carolina house building code Experience with shop drawings for millwork and custom furniture details. Hourly pay. Belmont, NC.
