Assembly & Integration Team Member
Seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly & Integration team member. This role involves fabricating, building, handling, repairing, and integrating complex parts, assemblies, and machines for engineering prototypes, unique products, or low-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating various airborne systems and components, ensuring they function seamlessly together to meet rigorous industry standards and specifications. In this role, the candidate will be collaborating with engineers to design, develop, fabricate, repair, and integrate complex, high-value parts and assemblies in a low-volume setting. It requires the use of overhead cranes, equipment, and rigging best practices. Additionally, it includes verifying product quality according to control procedures. Must Haves
High School Diploma Must be able to read engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics and detailed work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation. Must be mechanically inclined, and be able to work with very fragile and precise assemblies. Demonstrates appropriate computer knowledge. (training and records are kept electronically) Proficient with operating Mills, surface grinder and lathe. Must be able to arrive on time! Must be able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members Nice to Haves
Experience in an Electrical/Mechanical/Optical fabrication discipline. Aerospace or Defense industry experience. Experience with CNC programming utilizing MasterCAM.
