Warehouse Design Manager
Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end warehouse design projects. Bring conceptual drawing to implementation Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the fulfillment and transportation network through equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layout, and intellectual property considerations. Develop long-term warehouse design strategies aligned with business growth objectives Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time. Oversee multiple concurrent warehouse design and optimization projects Lead comprehensive end-to-end warehouse design projects from conceptualization to implementation Develop innovative solutions for complex warehouse challenges across multiple facilities Design multi-functional warehouses integrating automation, robotics, and advanced technologies Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering etc; Master's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center design and optimization in large-scale projects Demonstrated track record of end-to-end warehouse design implementations Expert knowledge of warehouse design principles, methodologies, and best practices across diverse industries Experience with diverse warehouse types (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, etc.) Six Sigma Black Belt or similar advanced process improvement certification Extensive AutoCAD experience Ability to travel up to 50% of time throughout the United States Pay: $112,000.00 min.
$145,000.00 max annually base pay, plus bonus.
