The Oregon Medical Board (OMB) is looking for an exceptional candidate to serve as a Systems Administrator. The person in this position must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, able to work independently, setting and achieving work goals, while keeping supervisor appropriately informed. The duties of the position require flexibility and the ability to properly prioritize work to meet competing deadlines. The successful candidate must have a strong background in customer support, information systems management, and security. This announcement is for a full time, limited duration position, with some flexibility in work schedule and remote working. The customer support duties of this position require that most of the work be performed onsite. Our office is on the waterfront in beautiful downtown Portland, overlooking the Willamette River, and great view of Mt. Hood. Numerous public transit options are within quick and easy access. This position is represented by Service Employees International Union and is subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
