Bilingual Sales And Customer Service Representative - Lead
We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Customer Service Representative - Lead to join our growing team. This role blends empathetic customer service with performance-driven sales to guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism. Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help. Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics. Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system. Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy. Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion. Lead a small team of representatives and act as a coach and mentor. Go the extra mile to engage customers Required Background
The ideal candidate for this role must possess previous demonstrated success in sales. Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency) Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries Strong customer service background and phone communication skills Proven experience as a mentor or team lead Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand Preferred Background
Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial services Background in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intake Previous roles in education sales, real estate, or coaching programs Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms Compensation
$20.00 - $25.00/hrly (DOE) Work Location
