Job Opportunity: Program Manager
TCS GOVCON (TCS) is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business located in Bedford, Indiana. This role is contingent upon award and requires a TS/SCI clearance. The anticipated full-time start date is August 2025. TCS is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of the SOF Small Arms Training contract. This role provides strategic oversight, supervises personnel and technical operations, ensures contract quality and efficiency, and serves as the primary liaison with the Government for addressing programmatic issues and resource concerns. Essential Functions: Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Small Arms Training contract. Assign tasks to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts and managing overall contract performance. Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, including technical issues and business processes. Will have the authority to make decisions for the organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues. Experience and Skills: Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of proposal submission. Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex projects similar in scope and complexity to the requirements of this TO, including managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels. Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Successfully pass USG mandated Medical Screening Psychological evaluation (in accordance with commercially available screening guide such as the Minnesota Multi-Phasic Inventory) Basic First Aid Certification (within the past 1-year) Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification Ability to validate compliance with the Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968. Willing to relocate/work in Crane, IN. Desired Qualifications: Former Special Operations Forces senior enlisted or junior officer. 10+ years of program management and program delivery experience, to include P&L, schedule, quality assurance, and management of subcontractors.
