The Program Manager reports to the C3ISR Director and Accountable Executive and is responsible for ensuring all activities in the program's operations are properly executed to ensure all contractual requirements are safely met. Oversees all aspects of the program to include personnel, budget and financial aspects. Primary contact between the program and the customer. Supervises the Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Chief Quality Inspector and all support staff. Ensures a positive customer experience. Fully qualified and flies as a B-737NG Captain. Compliance and enforcement of all security policies, procedures and practices. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. Hold an airline transport pilot (ATP) certificate with B-737NG type rating; Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time Minimum of 2000 hours of fixed wing multi-engine time Minimum of 500 hours multiengine PIC Familiarity with DCMA Inst 8210.1D operations. Demonstrated Program Management experience on a Program of similar scope and complexity. Active Top Secret DoD security clearance and ability to maintain. Hold and Maintain FAA Class 1 medical certificate Additional Requirements
US Citizenship Current US passport Valid State Driver's License Pre-employment drug test and a medical exam administered by L3Harris Must be able to travel domestically and work overtime as required.
