The primary responsibility of Faculty is to create a learning environment that is engaging, inspiring, and supports students in achieving their highest academic potential. The ideal candidate will have motivation, dedication, professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for teaching. Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing, Doctorate preferred Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Minnesota Prior nursing education experience is preferred At least two years of clinical nursing experience preferred Pay: Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. The salary range for this position is $73,290 to $99,157. The position's responsibilities fall into eight basic areas.
