Senior Procurement Analyst
The Senior Procurement Analyst will shape strategic sourcing goals to enhance flexibility, financial performance, and reduce costs. They will optimize sourcing strategies, lead spend analytics, and manage procurement data consolidation. Additionally, they will collaborate on advanced data analysis, leverage various systems for reporting, and conduct market research to support strategic decision-making. Duties/Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive spend analytics to uncover trends and identify substantial opportunities for savings. Oversee the creation and management of a spend cube to consolidate and analyze procurement data effectively. Collaborate with Procurement Services staff to support advanced data analysis and reporting functions. Develop and track complex performance metrics. Leverage systems such as Jaggaer, Microsoft BI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, Excel, and more to enhance reporting processes and manage procurement analytics projects. Conduct market research to identify strategic sourcing opportunities. Perform SWOT, Cost-Benefit, and Total Cost of Ownership analyses to support decision-making within the strategic sourcing team. Serve as the main point of contact for spontaneous reporting and high-level executive presentations, promoting data-centric decision-making throughout USNH. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years in a procurement, sourcing and/or supply chain management analytics position, or a combination of equivalent education and/or experience/expertise. Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in advanced analytics tools, including Python, and experienced in addressing data management issues within procurement systems. Strong skills in supply chain data analysis, project management, and financial/budgetary systems, with expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Tableau or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with procurement systems and infrastructure, and strong database design and support experience. Applicant Instructions
