Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior DoD executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate the needs of leadership. Essential Job Functions:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conference calls, including agendas and minutes Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, handling them independently when appropriate Track deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on action items Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Conduct research and compile data for reports, proposals, and decision-making Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support executive efficiency Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate executive initiatives Level Of Supervision:
Must be able to function independently Provide overview and general use training to all organization members and key leaders upon request Travel Required:
10% Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree is required. Must have exceptional knowledge or understanding in supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a DoD organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Social Media web platforms. Experience using Electronic Task Management System (ETMS2) or similar task management system. Knowledge & Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus Customer service experience Clearance:
