Control Account Manager (CAM) for Weapons Integration Team
You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Weapons Integration Team. Our team is responsible for the weapons integration and certification for the F-35. As the Control Account Manager (CAM) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for fostering collaboration internally and cross-functionally between Engineering, Subcontract-Management, Business Management, and Program Office Monitoring and managing weapons team technical and schedule performance; ensuring integration with overall program cost, schedule, and performance Performing monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and providing insight to management From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security. You will need to be a US Citizen to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Engineering degree. Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development) Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management) Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills. Project/program management experience Experience with large scale military programs. Experience operating in a Agile work cycle Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation) Experience interfacing with senior leadership within and customer organizations Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Systems engineering experience Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Familiar w/ LM Aero EV tools to manage programs This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
