Global Supply Chain Program Manager

You will be the Global Supply Chain Program Manager Staff for the THAAD Ground Production and Postproduction team. Our team is responsible for managing project materials related to procurement, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and quality products for our customers. As the Global Supply Chain Program Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our global supply chain operations, working closely with the procurement team to drive efficiency and excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Managing procurement projects from start to finish Analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Program Manager. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen. Ability to obtain a US Security clearance. Ability to travel. Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills. Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. SAP proficiency. Procure-To-Pay (P2P) / Schedule Management. Problem solving skills. Desired Skills: 4+ years' experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Risk Management and Development of mitigation plans with Suppliers, Supplier Performance Teams and Internal Customers. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
