Senior Recruiter

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Senior Recruiter serves as the senior, experienced lead of the Recruitment Team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies while managing full-cycle recruitment. The recruiter acts as the primary liaison between candidates and Kidango, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with hiring policies. This role will analyze and interpret recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and develop recommendations for solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Serves as senior lead of the Recruitment team; coaches, and supports members of the Team. Partners with Recruitment Manager to develop innovative strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with business leaders to design, develop, communicate, and implement an effective recruitment strategy and corresponding process; forecasts headcount and defines hiring needs. Compiles and analyzes recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions; applies data and insights to track performance, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions. Manages full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, candidate management throughout the hiring process. Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing strategic input on candidate selection, pre-screening processes, and applicant experience. Administers applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and utilizing the system to generate key metrics. Drives systems and tools efficiency; utilizes quantitative skills and abilities to manage recruitment by metrics; explores and utilizes AI solutions to improve speed and thoroughness of activities. Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensures alignment with organizational hiring priorities and workforce planning needs. Develops interview questions tailored to specific job roles, ensuring alignment with organizational values, competencies and the skills required for each position. Directly sources and identifies qualified candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, professional network, and direct outreach) for current and future hiring needs. Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources regarding organization partnerships, community outreach, and volunteer programs. Leads the planning and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Plays a key role in building and maintaining our employer brand to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 6+ years of extensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Prior recruiting experience in non-profit or early childhood education field highly desirable. Ability to build and maintain strong, influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and provide strategic recommendations. Proven track record of proactively sourcing high-caliber candidates using diverse tools and techniques. A proactive mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving innovation. Ability to work within Kidango's core hours and work schedule as assigned by manager. Additional Requirements
