to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service across all distribution activities. Schedule:

Bachelor's Degree | Minimum 1 Year in a Supervisory Role Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily team huddles and enforce safety protocols Oversee inbound/outbound operations and maintain inventory accuracy Supervise and coach warehouse and office staff Manage performance reviews, scheduling, and labor planning Ensure SLA compliance, resolve escalations, and support customer relationships Maintain documentation and reporting standards Monitor cost control, staffing levels, and equipment utilization Qualifications: 1+ year of supervisory experience in a logistics or distribution setting Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and inventory control Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies Benefits: Paid Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time Medical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Plans 401(k) with Employer Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Ongoing Training & Career Development
