This position is part of a multi-skilled team within Central Maintenance at Tippecanoe Laboratories. Operator I Production supports capital and maintenance efforts to maximize equipment uptime. The role involves collaboration with maintenance, reliability, automation, plant/process engineering, and operations. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on instrumentation and lab equipment. Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment compliance. Accurately document all work activities and time in SAP. Follow written procedures and verbal instructions while adhering to safety and quality standards. Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and departmental functions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, and operations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to ESHS protocols and PPE requirements. Participate in required training and demonstrate continuous improvement in job performance. Respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests as needed. Ensure compliance with cGMP standards to maintain product quality (SISPQ). Requirements Minimum 2 years of industrial instrumentation experience. Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or applicable technical training. Ability to read and interpret manufacturer service manuals. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with a diverse customer base. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent planning, organizational, and documentation abilities. Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions (hot conditions).
