As a Senior Market Operations Specialist at moomoo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our market operations. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and fostering efficiency within our trading processes. Your expertise in finance and market dynamics will play a key role in shaping our operational strategies and reinforcing our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers. This role must be based at the office locations specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. What You'll Do: Collaborate closely with the Market Operations Team to manage critical trading and margin functions, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to industry regulations Execute and oversee daily tasks related to trading operations, including account level risk management, margin call resolution, and exception handling. Investigate trade discrepancies and resolve operational issues efficiently Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Clearing, and Compliance, to facilitate seamless operations and align with strategic business objectives Assist in the development and implementation of system functions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and streamlining processes Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant guidelines Play a key role in tracking and resolving margin calls and exceptions, while maintaining risk management practices Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives, utilizing your expertise to drive successful project outcomes
