A Day in the Life:
Manage global digital marketing analytics for a bold and ever-evolving portfolio of brands. You’ll work on web, CRM, social analytics, measure paid media performance, SEO impact, campaign performance, and more — all while driving strategic insight and marketing innovation.
The Impact You'll Make:
Analyze data across web, e-commerce, CRM, and social listening platforms to uncover customer behaviors, sales trends, and content performance. Tell compelling, data-driven stories that guide decision-making at all levels.
Create and maintain robust reports and visualizations using Looker and PowerBI. Track and synthesize KPIs across traffic, conversion, engagement, and ROI.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that align with campaign strategies. Surface opportunities to optimize performance and elevate customer experience.
Collaborate on the implementation of pixels and tags using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate campaign measurement and attribution.
Design and analyze A/B tests to refine strategies, increase conversions, and personalize the customer journey.
Shape institutional knowledge around digital analytics, empowering senior leaders with clear insights and forward-looking trends.
Manage development of dashboards and analysis to answer strategic questions for the business. Create institutional knowledge on analytics and educate senior leadership on digital and multichannel customer trends.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure hygiene across platforms.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
3 years of hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics 4.
3 years in digital marketing analytics or reporting, ideally within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Strong storytelling skills -- you can distill complex data into clear, compelling insights.
Experience in cross-platform analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Solid understanding of tag management, digital KPIs, and campaign performance metrics.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $116,250 - $155,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
