Job Description:
The Oracle C2M Administrator is a key member of the Delivery Practice expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and operational excellence. These activities include the following:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Oracle C2M environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the application Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and log management Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and integration issues Manage user access, roles, and security settings within Oracle C2M Coordinate with development and functional teams for deployments and environment refreshes Automate administrative tasks using scripts and tools where applicable Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides Requirements:
Hands-on experience administering Oracle C2M environments Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and related technologies Experience with environment setup, configuration, patching, and performance tuning Strong understanding of WebLogic, Oracle DB, and server architecture Ability to monitor and troubleshoot application issues and logs Experience with batch job scheduling and monitoring Familiarity with security configurations and user access management Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures Ability to support deployments and coordinate with development and functional teams Travel:
up to 25%

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate's skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $170,000 to $190,000.
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
