Property Manager (Multi-unit Rental exp. req.) Description

Our client, a respected name in residential community management, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-unit luxury rental property in Cincinnati, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing occupancy, driving financial performance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing on-site teams. Property Manager (Multi-unit Rental exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities: managing vacancies, screening applicants, and approving leases • Manage and mentor a team of three (3) leasing agents and maintenance technicians • Monitor rent collection and enforce delinquency policies, including legal findings • Coordinate with maintenance staff to fulfill work orders and ensure timely unit turns • Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing training and performance management • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, curb appeal, and compliance • Build strong tenant relationships and handle conflict resolution with professionalism • Review and approve property-level purchases and vendor invoices • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all local/state property regulations

3+ years of experience in residential multi-unit rental property management required • Proven experience managing staff or leading onsite teams required • Solid financial acumen - comfortable reviewing budgets, tracking expenses, and managing rent roll required • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines required
