Production Lab Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Production Lab Assistant to join our team in the agriculture industry. As a Production Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including sample processing, sample shipping, data entry, calibration and verification of equipment, and monitoring product quality to ensure activities meet the requirements of the Quality Plans. Must be able to work either 8 or 12 hour shifts at flexible times. Key Responsibilities: Process samples efficiently and accurately Ship samples in a timely manner Perform data entry tasks with precision Calibrate and verify equipment to maintain accuracy Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with Quality Plans Prepare process orders, labels, and tags for packaging teams Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace Collaborate with Production Specialist and Supervisors to coordinate workflow and allocate resources between shifts and departments Assist other departments during periods of downtime as needed This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
