We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support our team's operations. Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Desktop/Online Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Generate invoices and process payments Track project costs and budgets Prepare financial reports for management Handle payroll and coordinate with payroll providers Manage vendor accounts, including issuing 1099s Ensure compliance with state and federal tax filings Support CPA with year-end documentation Qualifications
Proven bookkeeping experience (preferably in construction or a related industry) Strong understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop or Online Familiarity with construction management or job costing software (e.g., Buildertrend) is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits
