The Manager Program Finance will support the Director of Finance, Director of Program Management, program managers, and functional managers in reporting, analysis in their respective areas of responsibility. This role is expected to provide critical thinking support with strong assessment of risks, opportunities, and actions needed to achieve business plans. Additionally, direct financial support for key programs, program management, and other partners will be a significant responsibility. Essential Functions

The position partners and consults with the Director of Finance, program and functional managers and requires independent judgment and analysis to influence and support decisions that will impact profits, working capital, cash flows. Analyze, review, and present program specific financials, working capital, and assigned functional budgets. Update program and functional forecasts monthly. Promptly communicate risks and opportunities as identified to finance management and business partners. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Manage Estimate at Completions (EACs) and profit impacts for assigned programs Develop and present various ad hoc analysis and reports required to support Program Management Team and Sr. Management. This can include OH rate analysis, working capital, and other ad hoc items. Ensure compliance with financial policies, practices, and procedures at the division and operating unit Ensure solid program and product line financial performance through early identification of operational issues and implementation of containment methods. Bring financial expertise to programs and functional business partners. Other duties as assigned. Ability to interact and influence team members at all organizational levels; ability to manage effectively both upward and downward (7+ years). Take ownership, accept accountability, and thrive under pressure (7+ years). Communicate (both oral and written) and listening skills, an orientation to details, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions, a creative problem solver (7+ years). Be a strategic thinker and experienced at developing plans for short and long-term results (7+ years). Planning, organizing for results, and management projects (7+ years). Experience in analytical skills, project management, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail (7+ years). Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior Program Finance experience. Experience in ASC 606, Revenue from Contracts with Customers. 5+ years of government contract accounting, including quoting, progress payments, milestone and percent of completion billing and earned value management. Experience with Federal Government contracting requirements - Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), Defense Acquisition Regulations (DAR), and International Transfer of Arms Regulations (ITAR) (5+ Years). Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. Preferred Additional Skills

Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), Hyperion HFM/Planning and CostPoint ERP software.
