Your role is pivotal in identifying and acquiring new customers, demonstrating how InfoTrack can enhance their internal efficiency, closing deals, and ensuring their continued success. Your responsibilities include building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities, as well as overseeing the successful onboarding and initial growth of the clients you secure. Success in this role demands a genuine passion for delivering excellence at every stage of the sales relationship. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office in Chicago. Responsibilities include: Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps for each potential client Anticipate customer needs by studying our services and conducting market research to identify new leads Engage with current users to increase awareness, provide education, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence Collaborate effectively with InfoTrack teams, including marketing and customer success, to achieve common goals Partner closely with the product and marketing teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities Hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospects and clients via phone and email Act as a subject matter expert on the InfoTrack product
