About The Role

Warp is building the AI-native alternative to legacy payroll & HR platforms. As one customer puts it: "Warp is like if Gusto meets Linear." We just raised an $18M Series A and have 500+ high growth startups and SMBs using Warp. The next chapter is scaling revenue from a few million to 10M+, and we're looking for a Founding GTM Associate to help us execute campaigns and build pipeline for our sales teams. You will work directly with the GTM Lead and CEO and have a direct impact on Warp's Growth. You will dive deep into Warp's core founder ICP, watch past recordings, and familiarize yourself with the product. You will launch inbound and outbound experiments that lead to more founders using Warp for payroll and compliance. Over time, you will be responsible for creating repeatable, scalable GTM campaigns and develop deep expertise in acquisition channels. What You'll Do

Build and refresh target account lists that match founder ICP.

Launch and iterate outbound email, LinkedIn, and event sequences.

Draft crisp copy for emails, landing pages, and social posts.

Spin up paid and organic tests and track CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics.

Update Salesforce and build weekly pipeline dashboards.

Share insights with Product and Engineering and CEO

Repurpose webinars, blogs, and case studies into sales assets.

What You Need

02 years in SDR or demand generation at a Seed to Series C startup.

Proven knack for researching founders and personalizing outreach.

Fluency with Salesforce, Lemlist, and other growth tools

Highly organized and comfortable with rapid context-switching.

Ability to learn new tools and techniques on the fly

Nice To Haves

Experience marketing payroll or HR tech products

Familiarity with growth engineering

Experience interacting with founders

Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000$200,000 Equity: 0.150.25% We review all applications, please do not reach out to anyone on the team.
