Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Handle payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Prepare and submit payroll reports and audits, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Set up payroll accounts with state authorities, working closely with ADP if necessary, to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements. Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD/STD, and 401(k) plans. Coordinate open enrollment processes and ensure employees are informed of benefit options. Manage benefit plan enrollments, changes, and terminations through ADP Workforce Now & Fidelity. Resolve employee benefits-related issues and liaise with benefits providers as needed. Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in recruitment processes, including onboarding and orientation of new hires. Support employee relations by addressing issues and resolving conflicts. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Prepare and file necessary compliance reports, such as EEO-1, ACA, and other regulatory filings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal changes. Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries. Conduct employee trainings and support HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Essential Skills
3-5+ years in HR Full cycle payroll - multi-state - exempt and non-exempt Benefits administration Open enrollment 401(k) management Employee relations Leave of absence management Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now Onboarding and recruitment experience is a plus Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
