Program Manager -Step Down Unit

Salary:
$70,000 DOE/ year + Benefits Work Schedule : Monday-Friday Hours:
9:00AM - 5:00PM
Our exclusive partner is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the daily operations for the Inpatient Step Down Unit. This role includes rotating on-call duties, with availability needed during evenings and weekends ensuring quality care and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of substance use treatment, and experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: This role is responsible for leading and developing the clinical team Staff supervision, program implementation, and ensures compliance with licensing and certification requirements Screen referrals and coordinate admissions Co-lead team meetings and collaborate with leadership Assist in recruitment, training, and supervision of staff Conduct performance evaluations and recommend development plans Manage staff and group schedules Support client behavioral and administrative procedures Share on-call duties and carry caseload or run groups when needed Complete required trainings and certifications Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a counselor in the field of substance abuse. Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience, required. Commitment to working in the field of substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Certification in Addiction Counseling, preferred.
