This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.

The Software Engineer position is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The individual in this position will have strong software development skills and a working understanding of software engineering best practices. This role supports the technical implementation of business requirements and contributes to the ongoing improvement of Graco's enterprise applications.

What You Will Do at Graco:

Software Development Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable software applications. Contribute to code reviews and adhere to quality and documentation standards. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Support integration with enterprise platforms and third-party tools. Cross-Functional Partnership Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements. Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Assist in the documentation of technical designs and processes. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply learnings to improve solutions. What You Will Bring to Graco:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C# .NET, JavaScript, or Python. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes. Experience working in an Agile environment. Accelerators:

Exposure to cloud/on-premise hybrid environments. Basic knowledge of microservices or API-driven design. Interest in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Ansible.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. $93,800.00 - $164,200.00
