We are looking for passionate and client-focused Onsite Project Controls Engineer for engagement on significant projects in the Nation's Capital. This individual will assist the Jacobs and client Project Manager in matters related to document control and web-based collaboration during design and construction of one or more projects. Proficiency using a commercial Project Management Information System (PMIS) is important, and specific tasks may include: Receipt and distribution of Submittals, RFIs, and Potential Change Orders. Utilizing the client's PMIS to assess, process, and maintain records for contracts Processing of approved contractor payment requisitions Drafting recommended responses and actions for RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists, etc. Analyzing construction trends, monitor deliverables, and provide overall administrative management. Maintaining as-built drawings and conformed documents; and Administer badging procedures for staff Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
