As a Generator Technician, you will support our growing base of new and existing generator customers with routine maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and warranty claims
all backed by a dependable schedule and full office support. Youll focus on your craft while we take care of appointment scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support. In addition to continued learning through manufacturer-hosted training and development courses, youll also have the opportunity to expand your certifications into other brands like Kohler to grow your value and career. What Youll Do
Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Generac standby generators Troubleshoot system issues with accuracy and efficiency Submit and manage warranty claims through Generacs platform Provide clear, professional service to customers Arrive at appointments scheduled and coordinated by our in-house team What You Bring
Current Generac factory certification (Level 1, 2, or higher) Proven electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset Valid drivers license and clean driving record What We Offer
