As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in data entry, and bring a warm, welcoming presence to create a positive experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, delivering outstanding customer service throughout their visit Manage all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and maintaining accurate guest records Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring up-to-date information in all systems Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for scheduling, communication, and file management Support general administrative duties such as managing correspondence and maintaining office organization Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times Serve as a personal assistant to management as needed, facilitating communication between departments Qualifications: Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer support role preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and document management Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to high-quality service Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role is a plus High school or equivalent (Required) Front desk: 1 year (Required) Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Washington, DC 20020
