Our mission is to deliver quality extrusions and service that exceed customer expectations while staying true to our core values: Safety, Environment, Quality, Customer Service, Cost Management, and Team Integrity Pay: $17.91 / hour Shift: 5A-1PPosition Summary: The Production Helper supports the efficient operation of the production floor by assisting in various production areas, including Paint, Packing, Extrusion, and Pre-Cut. Under the supervision of an Operator or Lead, this role is responsible for performing tasks as assigned to ensure smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
