The Opportunity
Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative lifecycle marketing manager to join us in driving business impact through scalable and repeatable motions for our free members. In this highly visible role, you'll work across global Lifecycle teams, connecting business strategy through cross-functional partnerships. What You'll Do
Lead global teams in quarterly implementation of Corporate Acquisition strategy, efficiently implementing with regional considerations, supported by scalable business processes. Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with key business partners across Adobe ranging from marketing peers across regions to senior leadership. Collect inputs and maintain all cross-team collaboration tasks are fulfilled (various reports, launches, corporate plans are implemented in planned and timely manner). Lead global reporting for Acquisition, oversight and insights into global programs, and adoption of new metrics, reports and dashboards. Drive key improvements and standardizations to gain efficiencies across all regions, identifying and quantifying business opportunities and opportunity sizing. Drive quarterly business cycle: planning, target attainment & narrative, end of quarter reports through ongoing cadence of connection points and deliverables throughout quarter. Identify, influence and lead gap closure strategic approach in regard to bottoms up vs target planning while owning global narrative. Drive processes and initiatives at scale that positively influence revenue and enhance customer experience, while continuously seeking to optimize existing programs and processes on a global scale. Build reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives. What You'll Need To Succeed
Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly. Solid grasp of email marketing principles and industry norms in creative, targeting, and end-to-end execution, as well as application of data science models Robust analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends, and pursuing the right questions to take action. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at problem-solving and demonstrating a keen attention to detail. Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency. Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) Good understanding of program management platforms and communication tools (Workfront, Planner, M365). Familiarity with and regular use of Adobe's products strongly preferred. Proven experience, MBA or BA/BS degree. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
