Location: Little Rock, AR Pay: $18$20/hr (DOE) Bonuses: $500 Sign-On Bonus Up to $750 Quarterly Maintenance Bonus $100 On-Call Bonus Schedule: MondayFriday | Day Shift | On-Call Rotation (Varies by property) About Monarch Investment Monarch Investment has been family-owned and operated since 1992, managing over 300 communities nationwide.
